Combating the ill effects of modern life.
Modern life throws a lot at us. The stress of our jobs, general noise, fear of losing our stressful jobs, exams, things to do for our jobs, cars and factories pumping out pollution, longer work hours, less sleep, and poor diet. Yes, we all need that extra coffee and muffin, or that takeaway on the way home when we’ve not got time to get enough sleep, never mind preparing a meal. But these things are all harming us, and it’s important to make sure that for all the damage we do, we do some repairs on our bodies.
Stress is one of those things that’s good for you in small amounts, but in larger amounts can be deadly. You go for a run and you put your muscles under a tiny bit of stress, your body repairs that slight damage and makes it better and stronger. But if your body is under stress for a long time, such as preparing for an exam, or worrying about work, the chemicals flooding your system will start to damage you.
So what can Noni juice do to combat stress, the chemical reactions that are taking place in your body will produce harmful waste products. Noni juice has antioxidants that act as little sponges to mop up the harmful by-products.
What about pollution. Pollution is made up of a whole host of noxious gases none of which are good for your health. In general, they can cause lung problems, lower the immune system, they may harm your brain and they will do damage your skin. Noni juice as well as having those little antioxidant sponges to help mop up the damaging chemical by-products, have the building blocks to help your body repair the damage.
What about those poor diet choices, Noni juice can’t take them away, but studies indicate that Noni juice may help your body break down the fat that can be building up, and it can provide the vitamins and minerals you may be missing out on. Bottled at a source in the sunny Pacific, our pure juice isn’t mixed with other juices, meaning you have the knowledge that you’re getting only the best.
Adding Noni juice to your diet isn’t going to be the only thing you need to do, although it will be a help, so as well as that think about making some other changes to your life.
Eat 10 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, yes that sounds like a lot, but you’re getting one from the fresh noni juice your body is enjoying.
Go for a walk for 45 minutes once a day, or break that up into smaller walks throughout the day.
Avoid walking alongside roads if you can. Most cities have footpaths, canals, and other routes. If you can ditch the car and walk along these that would be even better.
Get out of the city whenever you can. It’s no coincidence that for centuries people living in London and other cities would have massive health improvements when they went to the countryside for water cures and the like.
Do something enjoyable once a day. It doesn’t have to be massive, but it does have to make you smile.
